Hydraulic Cold Press CH3248-50TS

A Hydraulic Cold Press machine uses hydraulic pressure to apply uniform force across a surface, typically to bond materials like veneer, laminates, and plywood to wood or other substrates. Unlike hot presses, which use heat and pressure, cold press machines rely solely on pressure to achieve bonding.

It uses a hydraulic pump to generate force, which is transmitted to a large flat plate. The pressure can be adjusted based on the bonding requirements. Further comes the pressing plates these are usually made of steel and can be smooth or textured depending on the application. Pressure control allows for precise control over how much force is applied, ensuring consistent results across different batches of materials.

Panel Saw Nova Si 400

A Panel Saw is a type of saw used to cut large sheets of material such as wood, plywood, MDF, plastic, or aluminum into smaller panels or sections. It is used in especially when precise, straight cuts are needed on large panels that are difficult to manage with handheld saws.

It is used both horizontally and vertically to cut the components.The material stays flat on a table, and the saw blade moves across it. It is typically used for larger-scale operations.

The panel saw has a large, circular saw blade mounted on a track or guide system The track can move in both horizontal and vertical directions depending on the model.

Edge Banding Machine NB7CJ

An Edge Banding machine is a specialized tool used to apply a narrow strip of material called edge banding to the exposed edges of particleboards. This process improves the appearance and durability of the material by covering the raw edges, typically seen in panel-based constructions.

The machine applies materials such as PVC, ABS, wood veneer or acrylic to the exposed edges. These materials come in different thicknesses and widths to match the panel’s requirements. The machine has a pre-milling unit to clean and level the edge before applying the banding, ensuring perfect adhesion. The edge banding is pressed firmly onto the edge of the panel using rollers and excess banding on the ends of the panel is trimmed

Three-Head Boring Machine

A three-head boring machine is a woodworking tool used to drill multiple, precisely aligned holes in materials. It ensures that holes for dowels, hinges, and other fittings are drilled accurately, speeding up production and improving assembly precision.

The machine has three separate drilling heads, each of which can hold multiple drill bits. The heads are typically arranged in different orientations horizontal, vertical and often angled to drill holes without repositioning the workpiece. Each head can accommodate several drill bits, often set to fixed distances, making it easier to drill a series of evenly spaced holes.

High Speed Copy Router MX5068

A High-Speed Copy Router is used in creating intricate shapes. The “copy” function allows the machine to replicate complex shapes from a template, which is beneficial when producing identical components in high volumes.

The machine uses a template to guide the cutting process. A tracer pin follows the contours of the template while the cutting tool duplicates the shape on the material. The router operates at high speeds (often above 15,000 RPM) which allows for smooth edges, reduces material waste, and speeds up production.
